November's Wine Club was a Success! Again!

The theme of the November wine Club was Champagne... We tasted 10 champagne and sparkling Wines, from an awful champagne Rose to Dom Perignon... Interestingly enough, the Moet & Chandon White Star is still an old favorite, follow closely by the ever so traditional Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label and the D.P. ... Well reviewed were the Kirkland brand at $20, and the domestic Piper-Sonoma. Fun was the main staple of the night and Jayson and Jules's hospitality was splendid... that sheppard's pie certainly warmed our souls and bodies after the tasting...

Women & Wine

Hello Women of the Wine Club - Looking to see if there is any interest in having a little Vino / Shopping trip in the month of December. Since we won't be doing a tasting as a club in December the blogette is doing a Straw Pole Vote to see if anyone has any time for an escapade to one of the nearby shopping malls. We could start with a glass of wine or a cocktail of your choice and then fan out to the stores. Post a comment with a YEY or NEY as I know its a busy month...just throwing it out there!
